Terms and Conditions dipo4d Platform Usage

Welcome to dipo4d. This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user (hereinafter referred to as "Member") and dipo4d as the provider of a digital entertainment platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using dipo4d services in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by dipo4d, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer games, and all supporting features such as deposits, withdrawals, and bonus programs.

This document may be updated at any time. Any changes will be announced via the platform and take effect from the date stated. Members who continue to use the service after changes are made are deemed to have accepted the latest terms.

2.1 Age Requirements

Dipo4d services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. dipo4d reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's age.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on dipo4d. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or another person's — is a serious violation that may result in the freezing or permanent deletion of all associated accounts, including any balances held within them.

2.3 Data Accuracy

Members must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name on your account must exactly match the name on your official ID (National ID/Passport) and the bank account used for transactions. Data discrepancies may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal requests.

• An active phone number that can be reached

2.4 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activity occurring under their account. dipo4d strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings. Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposit transactions on dipo4d are processed through an automated system integrated with Indonesia's local banking network and leading e-wallet providers. Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000 (from Rp 5,000 for QRIS)
• Deposits from accounts not in the member's own name are not permitted
• No admin fees from dipo4d for all deposit methods
• Balance credited automatically — no manual confirmation needed

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Members may withdraw funds at any time provided their balance is sufficient and no pending turnover requirements from an active bonus remain. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes under normal conditions
• Dipo4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal amounts

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Successfully processed deposits cannot be cancelled. In cases of verified technical errors causing incorrect credits or debits, dipo4d will make the necessary corrections after completing an investigation. Refunds due to system errors are processed within 3–7 business days.

Dipo4d offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, and members must read those terms before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Turnover (Rollover) Requirements

Almost all bonuses carry a turnover requirement — the minimum wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Turnover requirements vary by bonus type and are explicitly stated on each promotion's page.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim only one type of bonus per period
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
• Dipo4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses if system abuse or exploitation is detected
• Bonus wins exceeding the set maximum limit will be deducted in accordance with the promotion terms
• Members found creating duplicate accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses will be subject to account suspension.

All games available on dipo4d operate on a fair and transparent system. RNG (Random Number Generator)-based games use certified algorithms that are independently audited to ensure no manipulation of outcomes.

5.1 Game Result Decisions

Game results issued by the dipo4d system are final and binding, unless a significant technical disruption is proven to have occurred. Members are expected to understand the specific rules of each game type before placing bets.

5.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption (disconnection, server error, or power outage) during a game session, dipo4d will attempt to restore the game state to the last recorded condition in the system. If restoration is not possible, any affected active bets will be refunded to the member's balance.

5.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all confirmed bets are final. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed, but odds already locked in a bet slip will not change. Cancellation of a match by the organizer will result in a full bet refund (void).

Dipo4d enforces a zero-tolerance policy against activities that compromise platform integrity. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in serious penalties:

• Duplicate account creation — creating more than one account under the same or different names for any purpose
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities — exploiting technical errors to gain unauthorized advantages
• Collusion — collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Payment fraud — using unauthorized payment accounts or methods that do not belong to you
• Money laundering — using the platform for illegal purposes, including money laundering
• Use of automated software (bots) — using programs or scripts to play automatically without real human interaction

6.1 Applicable Sanctions

Depending on the severity of the violation, dipo4d reserves the right to take action including: written warnings, temporary account suspension, balance freezing, cancellation of related bonuses and wins, up to permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Dipo4d is committed to delivering high-quality service with maximum uptime and a stable system. However, as with all technology-based services, there is no 100% guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.

Dipo4d is not liable for losses arising from: member-side internet connection disruptions, member device failures, unauthorized actions by third parties not caused by dipo4d's negligence, or betting decisions made by the member themselves.

Members acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and commit to using only funds allocated for entertainment purposes. dipo4d is not responsible for any personal financial impact resulting from a member's betting decisions.

Dipo4d reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date indicated at the top of this document.
